Our aim
At G & H Seamer we are dedicated to supporting you through one of the most difficult times in your life. Our professional team will help and guide you through every step of the process at your own pace. We are always at the end of the phone to help answer any questions you may have and offer a home service where we can come and arrange and discuss options, equally you are more than welcome to come into the office to arrange at your convenience. Either option allows for as much time as you require to decide and plan a funeral in your own way, in your own time.
Our funeral Directors
Tom Spavins joined the family business in 2015. He took quickly to the roll and began leading funerals in 2017, alongside his grandfather Jim. Tom is now leading the family business and when he is not out conducting on funerals, he is meeting with families and carrying out the day to day running.
Rodney Nudds is one of our part time staff, he conducts and carries on funeral were required. Rod has worked for G & H Seamer for many years and has proved himself to be an accomplished funeral director.
Michael Tuck started working at G & H Seamer in 2023, one of his duties is caring for your loved one while they are with us, he also assists out on the funerals. His calm and compassionate manner makes him well suited for his duties.
Our office staff and arrangers
Karen Giddings started working for G & H Seamer in 1997. In that time Karen has gained a huge amount of experience in all areas of the business. Karen now deals mainly with the service sheets, but still helps in all other areas including meeting with families to arrange the funeral.
Kelly Francis started working at G & H Seamer in 2023. Covering all areas of the funeral arrangements and assisting on the funerals. Her warm and open manner makes her easy to talk to.
Shani James started working for G & H Seamer in 2016 initially managing the funeral accounts and book keeping. Over the years Shani has gained experience in all other areas of the funeral arranging and is more than able to assist families with their enquiries.
